We are grateful for your generosity to help us help animals. Your chosen donation amount is the total amount that we will collect from your credit card. We will never surprise you with additional fees or charges, such as credit card fees.

Please check your payment details carefully before submitting.

FOUR PAWS Australia accepts donations only. We do not provide delivery of goods or services. Donations are distributed across FOUR PAWS’ work and used where they are needed most to help animals.


FOUR PAWS Refund Policy

FOUR PAWS Australia is a member of the Fundraising Institute Australia (FIA). It is our promise to you as a valued donor that we will uphold the values and principles of FIA to the highest standard. 

Your support is extremely important to us as our work is funded entirely by the generosity of animal lovers like you. Generally, charitable donations are non-refundable, however we will consider refund requests in accordance with our below policy.

Refunds will be considered under exceptional circumstances upon request from the donor, and decisions will be made at the discretion of FOUR PAWS Australia’s management. Please note that FOUR PAWS Australia does not generally issue refunds if you have changed your mind. If you do have a change of heart regarding your support, please contact us as soon as possible. 

If the decision is made to honour a change of mind refund, you acknowledge that FOUR PAWS Austraila has the right to retain an administrative fee for the cost it incurs in processing the refund. This administration fee will be the greater value of $3.00 or 2% of the donation amount. FOUR PAWS will provide full refunds where there is evidence that an error was made by FOUR PAWS Austraila (or one of its employees or agents) in which no administrative fee will be retained.  

To request a refund, please notify us directly on 1800 454 228 and submit your request in writing via email or post within 30 days after the date of making the donation. FOUR PAWS Australia will not be able to refund any donations further than past the 30 days.

To request a refund: 

This request should include: 

  • The full name of the donor, receipt, and Supporter ID
  • Contact details of the donor, including email address and phone number
  • Date on which the donation was made
  • Amount of the relevant donation and payment method
  • Description of all relevant circumstances justifying the error or issue

Please note that FOUR PAWS Australia are only able to issue refunds on the same card or account from which the donation was made. You will receive written confirmation of your refund should it be approved by management. This includes all credit and debit card payments, PayPal, and direct debits.
